Vegan Mushroom Poppers, Craving for something Crunchy?

Here is my recipe for 'Vegan Mushroom Poppers, enjoy!"


Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of whole muhsrooms

  • lime juice

  • one table spoon of olive oil

  • Non Dairy Milk

  • 1 - 2 cups of Flour

  • 1 cup of bread crumbs











MUST USE THIS BRAND FOR OF WHOLE MUSHROOMS, WHITE


Instructions:

  • Marinate whole mushrooms in a mixture of seasoning, lime juice and table spoon of olive oil

  • Mix 1-2 cups of flour seasoning together (pretend like youre about to fry chicken)

  • Add oil in a pot, turn stove on to medium high, Make sure oil is deeo enough for the mushrooms to fry





  • Add Non-Dairy milk to flour mixture, pour milk until mixture is thick, if its too thin add more flour, If its too thick add more milk. Taste with your pinky (add seasoning when necessary)

  • Dip marinated mushrooms into the wet flour (fully coat them)

  • Dip coated mushrooms into bread crumbs (fully coat them)

  • Drown mushtooms into the hot grease. Make sure grease is hot, otherwise it wont cooke as well

  • Pretend like you're frying chicken.Flip once golden brown.

  • Turn down heat a bit if it's burning some
