Vegan Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Sometimes we have a taste for buttermilk fluffy vegan pancakes and we might not know why. I realized, some vegan pancakes are thin and flat, which is fine. Although, sometimes i'm in the mood for something fluffy.


This pancake recipe is a game-changer! It'll give you a boost in energy and help you keep your diet healthy! It's fluffiness is will make you feel like you're hugging the clouds as you're mood gets lit up, ready to face any hurdle you'll encounter today.



As vegans, we need a bunch of options to enjoy the food and feel full all day. That's why I'm here to share some of the dishes I enjoy making. One of them is this vegan fluffy pancakes that you will surely love. Here's how we'll do it:



Just look how fluffy are the pancakes we're about to make!


Prepare the following

Ingredients:
  • Gluten-free pancake mix (shown in the picture)

I followed the instructions on the back and added these.

  • Vegan butter 1 tablespoon

  • Oil (back of package)

  • Creamy oat milk (back of package)

This is the packaged I used, it can be found at Whole Foods!



Follow these

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients. I used Gluten-free pancake mix on this recipe but you may also use Vegan pancake and waffle mix as an alternative and you can still achieve the same level of fluffiness.

  2. Add water to the pancake mix per the instructions on the back. Depending on the consistency you want add water or add more mix to balance the texture.

  3. Add vegan butter, oil, and creamy oat milk to the mixture. Fold the mixture until well combined. Avoid over stirring and too much liquid! We are aiming for fluffy pancakes not a soggy one.

  4. Heat skillet with butter and make small batches of pancakes. MAKE SURE the skillet is hot before adding. Do not overcrowd the pan to provide enough breathing space for the pancakes.

  5. Cook pancakes until little bubbles form at the top then flip . Don't wait for the bubbles to completely pop because it may burn the pancakes.

  6. Transfer the pancakes onto the plate when both sides are golden brown in color.

  7. Add your preferred toppings. You can add sliced bananas or other fruits to go with your pancake.

  8. I used agave syrup on mine and turned out so delightful!
