Here is my recipe for No-Bake Power Balls. Vegan, crunchy, superb flavor, and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup of dry oatmeal
2/3 cups of organic toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (with whole peanuts inside)
4. 1/2 cup of flax seeds
5. 1/2 cup of semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
6. 1/3 cup of honey or agave nectar (I used agave)
7. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
8. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients
Mix all of the wet ingredients
Stir until it is all coated in a bowl
Add bowl to the fridge for 15-20min
Remove bowl from fridge
Form mixture into small balls and place in a container
Place container in a fridge overnight with balls
Serve the next day or feel free to serve within the next hour or 45min
