No Bake Vegan Power Balls

Here is my recipe for No-Bake Power Balls. Vegan, crunchy, superb flavor, and easy to make.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dry oatmeal

  • 2/3 cups of organic toasted coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (with whole peanuts inside)


  • 4. 1/2 cup of flax seeds

  • 5. 1/2 cup of semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips

  • 6. 1/3 cup of honey or agave nectar (I used agave)

  • 7. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 8. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions:

  • Mix all the dry ingredients

  • Mix all of the wet ingredients

  • Stir until it is all coated in a bowl

  • Add bowl to the fridge for 15-20min

  • Remove bowl from fridge

  • Form mixture into small balls and place in a container

  • Place container in a fridge overnight with balls

  • Serve the next day or feel free to serve within the next hour or 45min
