Here is my recipe for 'Nature's Cacao Krispies' crunch, enjoy!
Ingredients:
7-8 Blackberries
1/4 cup Pomegranate or more
1/4 Quinoa Cacao Granola (purchase here or at Whole Foods :https://www.amazon.com/One-Degree-Granola-Quinoa-Cacao/dp/B073Y94KZ6/ref=sr_1_8_0o_wf?dchild=1&keywords=Quinoa+Cacao+Granola&qid=1616081392&sr=8-8
1/4 cup of Blueberries
1-2 cups of hemp milk or oat milk
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of agave
MUST USE THIS GRANOLA FOR HEALTHY CHOCOLATE TASTE. IT CAN BE FOUND AT WHOLE FOODS :)
Instructions:
Mix all fruit into bowl
add cold hemp milk until fruit is half way covered
Add cinnamon
Add agave
Stir
Add quinoa cacao granola
When do I eat this?
Morning and midday, I tend to wake up and start my day with this
Sometimes 1-2 hours before my workout I get another hunger crave and will eat a bowl of this
This also makes a great post snack
Kids will love this, it's a nice way to trick them into eating something healthy. They will think it Cocoa Krispie treats!
Benefits:
You are eating whole foods and super foods all at once, gushes of a sweet juicy crunch all at once.
In addition, quinoa is an ancient grain we often skip, you will barely taste it in the cereal.
This cereal is very alkaline in nature, which will keep your ph balance at an optimal state!
